Share your health history and goals
Tell us a little about your health history, current medications and what you’re hoping to achieve. This step helps us make sure IV therapy is safe and right for you before we go any further. A $100 deposit secures your booking. This comes off the cost of your treatment, with the remainder paid on the day of your infusion. You can find all the details in our Terms of Service.
Doctor-prescribed treatment
A doctor reviews your information and prescribes a treatment tailored to you. Nothing is administered without a prescription, so you can feel confident knowing your care is medically guided.
We come to you
Once your prescription is ready, we’ll find a time that suits you and visit you at home. Your treatment is administered by a Registered Nurse while you relax in the comfort of your own space, with no waiting rooms and no travel.

Not always. If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to conceive, taking medication or managing a medical condition, please talk to your treating healthcare professional first. We’ll also assess your suitability at a consultation before any treatment begins.

Payment
We keep payment simple. You can pay by PayID or bank transfer, or with cash at your appointment. When you book, a $100 deposit secures your appointment. This is paid by PayID or bank transfer, and it comes off the cost of your treatment. You can pay the rest at your appointment in cash, or send it by PayID or bank transfer beforehand. We’ll send you our payment details when you book, so there’s nothing to set up yourself.
