Terms of Service

15 Oct 2026 ·

1. About these terms

These terms set out how bookings, deposits, cancellations and rescheduling work for IV infusion treatments provided by Evolve IV (ABN 23 661 841 257), referred to as "we", "us" or "our". By paying a deposit and booking a treatment, you ("the client") confirm you have read and accepted these terms.

2. Booking and deposit

A booking is only confirmed once we receive a non-refundable deposit of $100 (AUD). Your appointment time is not held until the deposit is paid.

The deposit is not a booking fee. It covers costs we incur as soon as you book, including:

  • the prescription (script) arranged for your treatment, and

  • the medication and supplies ordered or prepared specifically for you.

Because these costs are committed before your appointment, the deposit is treated as set out in sections 3 and 4. Your deposit is credited toward the total cost of your treatment on the day.

Paying the deposit. The deposit must be paid on the day you book, even if your treatment is on a later date, by bank transfer to our PayID (we do not accept cash for deposits). A booking without a paid deposit is automatically cancelled at the end of the booking day.

3. Changing your appointment date

To reschedule, contact us and we will move your treatment to a new date within 14 days of your original appointment. Your $100 deposit carries over, so there is no fee and nothing more to pay. A kind reminder: please give us at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer your time to another client.

To change or cancel your booking, contact us by email at info@evolveiv.com.au

4. Cancelling without rebooking

If you cancel outright, or do not attend without contacting us to reschedule, we keep your $100 deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. No other cancellation fee applies. A kind reminder: please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel.

The deposit covers costs already incurred on your behalf: your script, medication, and supplies. It is not a penalty, and it never exceeds $100.

If you cancel your appointment outright and want to book again in the future, a new $100 deposit is required.

Group bookings. Each group member pays a $100 deposit. The lead booker, the person who makes the booking, pays all deposits in one transaction. The remaining balance can be paid per person or in one transaction. Group deposits are non-refundable.

  • If the group reschedules with at least 24 hours' notice, to a date within 14 days of the original appointment, all deposits carry over.

  • If a member cancels, we keep that member's $100 deposit.

  • If the whole group cancels outright, we keep all deposits.

What applies when:

5. Rescheduling, medical ineligibility and our cancellations

Rescheduling. A deposit can be carried over to a rescheduled booking to a new date within 14 days of your original appointment. Further changes may need a new deposit.

Medical ineligibility. Our clinician must assess you before treatment. If you are assessed as unsuitable for treatment on the day, we will reschedule you within 14 days and carry your deposit over. If the prescribing doctor declines to issue a script, we will refund your deposit in full.

Health history. Please give us a complete and truthful health history, including your medications and allergies, when you book. Accurate information helps us avoid problems on treatment day.

If we cancel. If we need to cancel or reschedule, for example due to clinician illness or a supply problem, we will offer you a new time or refund your deposit in full, whichever you prefer.

Genuine emergencies. We may, at our discretion, carry over or refund your deposit in cases of serious illness or emergency. We may ask for supporting evidence, such as a medical certificate.

6. Clinical consent

Separate from these terms. Accepting these booking terms is not consent to treatment. We ask for your informed consent separately, in a consent form. Paying a deposit does not guarantee treatment will go ahead, as treatment depends on a clinical assessment.

What your consent covers. Before treatment, our healthcare professional will explain in plain language the treatment we propose, its material risks, its expected benefits and any alternatives. You are welcome to ask questions at any time.

Before each treatment. We confirm your consent before every treatment and review it whenever your treatment or health circumstances change. New clients sign a consent form at their first appointment.

Withdrawing consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time, including during treatment, and we will stop.

Questions. Please contact us before your appointment with any queries or concerns. If you decide not to go ahead after speaking with us, section 4 applies to your deposit.

7. Risks and complications

Clients must understand that there are inherent risks associated with any medical procedure, including intravenous nutrient therapy, intramuscular booster shots, and any of the interventional treatments or procedures that we offer. Possible complications may include, but are not limited to, bruising, infection, bleeding, renal complications, fluid overload, and allergic reactions. We recommend that clients consult with their medical doctor prior to receiving our services.

8. Respectful behaviour and staff safety

Respect. Our nurses and staff are healthcare professionals and must be treated respectfully. We do not accept abusive, threatening, violent or inappropriate behaviour, including unwelcome comments or physical contact, towards our staff or any other person.

Our right to stop. We may stop or cancel an appointment at any time if we believe staff safety is at risk. Where possible, we will first make your treatment safe, for example by removing a cannula, before ending the appointment. We may also decline future bookings.

Charges. If we cease treatment due to inappropriate behaviour, your $100 deposit is kept.

Health and safety

If you are unwell. Please contact us to reschedule if you are unwell on the day of your appointment, so we can treat you safely and protect our staff and other clients. We will reschedule you within 14 days and carry your deposit over.

Safe environment. Please make sure the space is safe for our nurse. This includes keeping pets secured in another room or outside, and providing a clean, well-lit area for your treatment. If we believe the environment is unsafe, we may ask you to make it safe or reschedule your appointment.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy and keep your personal and health information confidential. To provide your treatment, we share relevant information with the people involved in your care, such as the doctor who prescribes your treatment, the pharmacy that prepares your medication, and other health providers where needed. We may also share information with your consent, or where the law requires it.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store and use your information, how you can access or correct it, and how to make a complaint. You can read it at [link to Privacy Policy].

10. Payment and general terms

Balance. The balance of your treatment fee, after the $100 deposit, is payable on the day of treatment before or at the time of your infusion.

Your consumer rights. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The version in place when you book applies to that booking.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
